How did Baraka Obama become US President?

If someone came up and told you 4 years ago that the next US President would be African American. Also that he would have a Hussein name you would have told him to go have a check up because that was so far fetched. But now this is reality and i will try to explain how it happened. I don’t want to get political here but these are key factors that i think helped Barack Obama become the first African American President…
 
There is a saying that thoughts are things. Barack Obama first thought of himself as a U.S President. When thoughts are mixed with definiteness of purpose, and a burning desire for their translation into riches, or other material objects one can achieve their goals. He had a vision of himself swearing as the U.S President and that was a goal he wanted to achieve. This thought would help him when he was met with challenges and obstacles.
 
The starting point of all achievement is Desire. Obama’s desire was not a wish! It was a keen, pulsating desire, which transcended everything else. It was definite. He placed all his energy, all his will power, all his effort, everything to when campaigning to become the U.S President. If have a goal, you wish to do right, and you believe, go ahead and do it. That’s what Obama exactly did..he believed that we could bring change by becoming the President and he took action to accomplish his goal.
 
To accomplish his goal Barack Obama had to have a lot of faith. There is a saying by Patrick Overton that…When you have come to the edge of all light that you know And are about to drop Of the unknown, Faith is knowing One of two things will happen: There will be something solid to stand on or You will be taught to fly. Becoming U.S President is no walk in the park..there is the scrutiny, campaign financing, family sacrifice just mention a few. Strong faith can guide you when you are in unchattered waters.
 
Persistence is an essential factor in the procedure of transmuting desired goal. To accomplish his goal Obama had to be able to go out and campaign even though he lost in some states during the campaign. He had to still “show up” even after the incident with pastor Wright. Day in day out he had to prepare for speeches, travel and inspire people regardless how he felt.
 

These are just a few traits among many that made Barack Obama the 44th President of United States. Whether you are a Democrat, Republican, Independent becoming the President is goal only a few manage to achieve. The factors mentioned above can be applied to entrepreneurs who want to be successful in their business.
