Don’t Compete Only On Price Instead Offer More Value

When you are only competing on price you will always lose. There will be someone who is always willing to offer cheaper products or services than you. It doesn’t mean that your products or services are the same…..just that they are willing to get paid less. What do you do in such situations? The answer is quite simple. Offer more Value and keep the price you know you should get paid.

We all know that a Hyundai is cheaper than a BMW. Why do people still buy BMW’s or Mercedes Benz when there are cheaper cars out there? Also why don’t the dealers for the Mercedes Benz or BMW’s lower their price to compete with the Hyundai….reason is because they offer more value. Another example…..Globalinx offers video phones when they know there are other services like skype which are free. Reason is because their video phones have more features and are in a secure network.

Think about the products or services you offer….then how you can increase the value to the customers. Think like a customer and ask yourself what else would I need from this product or service. Be doing that my friends you will be ahead of your competitors. They will always be trying to catch up with you!
