In the beginning you are going to get minimal returns despite massive effort….over time you are going to get massive returns with minimal effort. Stay focused and with time you shall reap the rewards. This is not me just say it but….it’s a proven fact that’s the way things work. When you know certain facts of life it’s easy to navigate your way and stop wasting time.

When I began writing and posting on my blog very few visitors came on my site. I didn’t stop writing and posting because of that….I understood how the returns process works. You put massive efforts in the beginning and you will reap massive returns later with minimal effort. The Facebook share and retweets plugin make it easier than ever before for people to access your content. Same thing happened in my business…It took time to find key players who were serious about making money. Now because I took time to find them and spend time teaching them…I have them doing the same thing. I’m getting massive returns with minimal effort.

You can apply this concept in all areas in your life….whether it’s staying healthy, education or saving money. Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. This group stands more for a ‘Movement’ than it does anything else….What we are putting together here is the ‘Motivated Entrepreneurs’ MOVEMENT. Most people change the oil in their car every 3000 miles, take the car for tune up, wheel balancing and tire rotation every couple of months. The home owners make sure their lawn looks nice by putting weed killers and cutting the grass every week or other week. In winter they buy salt to put on their driveway to remove the ice. These are things we do to invest in our possessions. How much do you invest in yourself?

You are the most valuable asset. Without you…your possessions don’t mean much. You should invest in yourself because everything starts with YOU. Health is Wealth…taking time to exercise is so vital. You work so hard so that you can enjoy the fruits of your labour. Make sure you stay healthy by taking time to exercise. Paying for the gym membership or taking time to go to the park to exercise should be considered as an investment to your health. Why is it easier for people to buy a six pack of beer than buying a $6 book which might help them? I think the issue is the perceived value…why waste time reading….I already have a college degree and have a job. Buying books/magazines should be considered as an investment to your personal growth.

These are some suggestions that I have applied to personal development and also grow my business. I consider myself to be my most valuable asset. I work hard on myself each day to improve and make myself more valuable. If you invest in yourself you can’t lose..

Why is so important because it’s where you should begin before you start doing anything. Why am I going to this school? Why am I starting this business? Why should I go for this trip? Why is a reference point and you can always reflect back when things don’t go your way…Your why should be strong and have some emotion attached it to….If you have a weak Why…don’t expect to succeed because when you hit the slightest bump you will quit what you started.

Why Not
Why Not is the next question…because this is where you define your goals and get a clear picture of what you intent to do. If you have clear goals and time line to accomplish your project then Why Not is easy. If you aren’t clear on what you want to purse or how to then Why Not is not possible.

Why Not You
This is where the emotional element kicks in Big time. Why Not You simply means that if other people can succeed and accomplish their goals you too can do the same. This requires inner or self reflection to know yourself.

When you are only competing on price you will always lose. There will be someone who is always willing to offer cheaper products or services than you. It doesn’t mean that your products or services are the same…..just that they are willing to get paid less. What do you do in such situations? The answer is quite simple. Offer more Value and keep the price you know you should get paid.

We all know that a Hyundai is cheaper than a BMW. Why do people still buy BMW’s or Mercedes Benz when there are cheaper cars our there? Another way to ask this questions is…who do you attract? When I started the journey of Self Education and Empowerment I was very Skeptical. I wasn’t convinced all the way that we have certain energy within us that attracts and also repels. My thinking at that time was attraction was sometimes random and we didn’t have anything to do with it. Now am totally convinced that the energy or vibe we produce attracts what we want and repels what we don’t want.

By sharing my thoughts with you I am purposely looking to attract people who are Motivated like me. If someone is lazy and not motivated they will be repelled by what I write and leave the group. So it works both ways. Over the last couple months I have created friendships and bonds with like minded people. This has led to me getting new business partners and also working on Joint Venture projects.

Look at the people who are sending you friend requests or want to work with you. Ask yourself what kind of vibe or energy am I producing.
