It’s a new year and new beginnings. Everyone is excited about Accomplishing their goals and New Years resolutions. Unfortunately less than 25% of the people who make resolutions actually follow through with them.

If you want to be successful this year you need a Massive Action Plan (M.A.P). I would like to suggest a few action plans that can make big impacts.

1. Make sure you increase your Social Media presence. Make sure you connect with people and offer them value. Ask yourself what can I bring to the “table”. Start your fan page let people interact on the page.

2. Get your domain name and start blogging. Make sure you have an optin so that you can build your list.

3. Start speaking at your own events or as a guest in other events. You can create your own meetup group or attend meetup groups in your area.

4. Always ask for referrals when you are with a client or customer. Whether they buy, join your business or not Always ask for referrals.

5. Make partnerships with people you do business with. Example CPAs or Doctors…. Have a referral network and you all benefit from each others referrals.

6. Work on yourself everyday. Fear will steal your Joy and Happiness…..Don’t Let Fear stop you. Instead choose Faith over Fear.

Today I will talk about food for thought – By definition Food for thought is anything that provides mental stimulus for thinking. Before I dive deeper into this topic I would like to share examples of how diet can affect us..

There is a saying – Soar on wings like an eagle… Bald eagles can fly up to heights of 10000 feet. … They are able to fly so much higher than a lot of other birds because of their wings and also because of their diet. Eagles don’t search to eat dead animals. They feed on fresh prey which they just killed.Vultures on the other hand specifically look for dead animals to eat. Due to their diet the vultures can’t fly such heights or maneuver the way eagles do.

When your food for thought or “diet” includes Worry, Anxiety, Fear, Depression, Anger, Jealously and other negative toxic habits we end up being like vultures. You can’t “soar” in your life if this is your constant diet. If you want to “soar” you should change your diet to have Inspiration, Joy, Gratitude, Love, Motivation and other habits that will uplift you.

Through your thoughts you will draw all circumstances, situations and experiences. Always replace your fearful thoughts with a belief in a higher power – Don’t focus on your resources but the Source of your resources.

Two weeks ago I was invited to attend T. Harv Eker’s – Millionaires Mind Intensive program. The mission for the program is to educate and inspire people to live in their higher self, based in courage, purpose and joy. For the past 3 years I have been pursuing self development and it was very freshening to listen to someone else re-enforcing some of the beliefs I have regarding personal growth.

Harv Eker reveals that everyone has a personal money and success blueprint ingrained in their subconscious mind and it is this blueprint that determines your financial life. One can know everything possible about business, marketing, communications, negotiations or real estate; but if your blue print isn’t to a high level of success; you will never reach your full potential.

Speed Wealth is a revolutionary book that challenges and questions what you know about money. It is designed to teach you strategies for high-speed success. Clearly demonstrated by some of the principles and philosophies that T. Harv Eker has adopted. I will name a few…

The simple truth is that it has never and will never be about money when people are looking to buy a product or get a service. Some people might question that statement and I would like to elaborate. You see money only acts as a medium of exchange. What people want is the value for their ca$h…..

Imagine talking to a customer and telling them to buy a $1000.00 product or service from you and they say they don’t have the money. If you offered the same customer who didn’t have the $1000.00 to buy your product a brand new Ferrari for the same amount……believe me they would find the money to give to you.

What changed????

It’s the perceived value of the product. When you are making offers to your customers make them Irresistible. Let them see that the perceived value of your service or product to be greater than the ca$h in their wallets. Then they will all rush to you like a Black Friday sale at the Walmart

Take time to craft your offers and make them irresistible to our prospects and customers….you might be surprised what might happen…

Yes I will say it again….it’s not always about you….why am I not getting leads, my upline is not helping me, why are the prospects not returning my phone calls and why are they asking me to take them off the mailing list…???

Stop Whining!!!

If you want to turn things around this is what you need to do….I will give you a two part solution that will dramatically help you increase your Results and Productivity….

One – Start focusing on helping other people…..ask yourself what issues or problems do my prospects have? Are your prospects afraid to pick up the phone and call their leads? Do they have an understanding of how Social Media works? Are they scared of starting a PPC campaign to get leads online? How can they setup a blog and where will they get their content? Write down all the problems you think your prospects or leads might have…

Two – Find the solutions to these problems. Make it your goal to work on yourself Everyday to master these solutions to in order to help your prospects. Ask questions, attend webinars, conference calls and live events…. Read constantly….because you can’t give what you don’t have!

If you go to work on your goals, your goals will go to work on you. If you go to work on your plan, your plan will go to work on you. Whatever good things we build end up building us. Jim Rohn
